I have fond memories of the residents and staff of Anglican Care’s Carter House and Hodgson House, Aged Care Facilities. The original branding I worked on, saw the introduction of a vibrant Pohutukawa image; one that became somewhat endeared, and the tag line: “The New Zealand Pohutukawa, bringing grace and dignity to the turbulent edge of land and sea.”
More recently, I was approached by Anglican Care (Waiapu) Limited, who’s aim was to introduce one brand / one logo for all facilities. While the significance of the Pohutukawa remains, the image has been refreshed, and the new logo is now consistent throughout their eight North Island aged care facilities.
